ADAS calibration

Recalibrate the safety systems you depend on.

Lane assist, automatic braking, and collision alerts rely on a camera mounted to your windshield. After a replacement, that camera usually needs recalibration to stay accurate.

A new windshield can change what the camera sees.

Even a millimeter of difference in camera aim can affect how your driver-assistance systems respond. Calibration resets that aim.

Accuracy restored

We re-aim the forward camera and sensors to factory specification so alerts fire when they should.

Static & dynamic

Depending on your vehicle, we perform static (targets in-shop) or dynamic (road-drive) calibration, or both.

Verified results

We confirm the systems pass before returning your vehicle, with documentation of the calibration.

How calibration works.

Calibration is often required any time the windshield or camera is disturbed.

What is ADAS?

ADAS stands for Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems, features like lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise, automatic emergency braking, and lane-departure warnings. Many use a camera mounted at the top of the windshield.

Why do I need it after a windshield replacement?

Removing and reinstalling the glass moves the camera. Even a slight change in angle can throw off how the system reads the road, so the manufacturer requires recalibration.

What’s the difference between static and dynamic calibration?

Static calibration uses printed targets at set distances in a controlled space. Dynamic calibration is done by driving the vehicle at set speeds on marked roads. Some vehicles need both.

How long does calibration take?

It varies by vehicle, but plan for roughly 60–90 minutes in addition to the windshield work.
